You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including captions, plans, and uploaded media. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

When you connect Facebook and/or Instagram accounts, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf. You are responsible for the content published through our Service and must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, content errors, or social media account issues.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
