2.3 Voice Profile and Brand Preferences

If you create a Voice Profile, we may store writing samples, voice traits, formatting preferences, CTA preferences, avoid words, brand details, travel specialties, preferred destinations, and related information you provide. This information is used to help personalize generated and refined content inside the Service.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or payment card details. We may receive and store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, plan information, billing status, and related payment metadata needed to manage your access to the Service.

Images, graphics, and other media files you upload to the Service may be stored securely and associated with your account.

Section 3

Facebook and Instagram Data

If you choose to connect your Facebook and/or Instagram account, we may access certain information through the Meta API so we can provide social publishing and scheduling features.

We may access the list of Facebook Pages you manage, including Page names and Page IDs, so you can select where content should be published.

We may access the Instagram Business Account ID connected to your Facebook Page so you can publish content to Instagram through the Service.

Section 5

Data Deletion and Social Connection Removal

You can request deletion of your data at any time.

5.1 Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram

You may disconnect your Facebook and/or Instagram account from within the Service where connection settings are available. Disconnecting removes the connection from your account and prevents future publishing through that connection.

5.2 Removing App Access Through Facebook

You can also remove Travel Content Studio's access through your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites. When access is removed, we will delete or invalidate stored tokens and connection data associated with your account where required.

5.3 Deleting Your Account

You may request complete account deletion by contacting us at the email address listed below. Account deletion may remove your account information, saved content, media, planner data, Voice Profile, and social connections, subject to any legal, billing, security, or backup retention requirements.

Section 6

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Your data is stored in secure systems, and access controls are used to help ensure users can only access their own account data. Where applicable, database security policies, authentication controls, and encryption are used to protect sensitive information.

Social media access tokens are stored securely and are not exposed to other users.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using appropriate safeguards.

Section 7

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

If you delete your account or disconnect a social media integration, we will remove or disable the associated data from active systems where applicable, subject to reasonable backup, legal, security, billing, or operational retention needs.

Facebook and Instagram access tokens may expire or be invalidated according to Meta's platform rules and may need to be refreshed if you continue using social publishing features.
